LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA area (could also be in rural communities within a 1 hour drive of Atlanta (gas stipend provided if outside of city limits)

ATLANTA, GA area LOCAL HIRE ONLY! (transportation/accommodation will not be provided!) OK to live out of state as long as you are a reasonable self DRIVE to ATLANTA, GA and are not expecting compensation for travel. MUST be LOCAL HIRE and not require a flight to get to location in the Atlanta area and surrounding rural areas

CALLBACKS on either FRIDAY 5/30 or SATURDAY 5/31
FITTING on either MONDAY 6/9 or TUESDAY 6/10
FILMING window - WEDNESDAY 6/11, THURSDAY 6/12, FRIDAY 6/13, SATURDAY 6/14 -
--May work ONE (1) or MULTIPLE dates within the 6/11/25-6/14/25 timeframe so MUST have full flexible availability for ALL listed dates! NO Exceptions.
-we do NOT have exact Call/Wrap times, so you should have FULL DAY/Evening available to allow for whatever the Call Time ends up being.

UNION STATUS: NON-UNION

Rates of PAY:
Session Fee: $600.00 for 8 hours (plus OT if applicable)
Fitting Fee: $75.00
Buyout Rate: $3000.00
Initial Term: (1) Year, then plus 10% per year for up to (2) years after

USAGE: North America - National/Regional/Cable/Spot
Industrial/Theatrical/Cinematic, Electronic Media, Print, Digital Media

Conflicts: COPD and Asthma treatments
