PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL or able to be Local to the NASHVILLE, TN AREA!!! (within a reasonable self-drive distance and able to provide own accommodation if needed. Travel allowance and housing is not being provided. We will not consider those who require a flight to participate)
IMPORTANT DATES:
SUBMISSION WINDOW: WEDNESDAY 9/6/23 – WEDNESDAY 9/13/23 (*accepting submissions this entire week but priority will be given to EARLY submissions, so please get your videos in ASAP! Client will first start to look at talent as early as 9/8)
TALENT CALLBACKS (if chosen): WEDNESDAY 9/20/23 (*in person and Zoom callbacks available but Client will prefer that you attend in person if selected for Callback)
FITTING: SUNDAY 10/1/23 (*Mandatory)
FILMING DATES: MONDAY 10/2/23 – FRIDAY 10/6/23 (*will only work 1-2 dates during this window, but MUST have full availability on ALL dates to be considered pending your work dates)
We do NOT yet have Call Times available so you MUST have FULL availability if submitting to be available regardless of what Call/Wrap Times end up being to allow for changes. Please DO NOT submit if you do not have FULL DAY availability.
PAY RATES:
FITTING RATE: $50
FILMING RATE: $500.00 for up to 12 hour day (per filming day)
USAGE FEES (“Buyout”): $1500.00 to be paid if talent remains in final asset and to be paid upon first air date
TERM & USAGE: Worldwide. All Media. 5 year term from first air date. Renewal Option – Client may extend all above terms and conditions for a non-consecutive 2 year term for an additional payment with an increase of 20% of original use term rates.
ROLES:
** LEAD TALENT – OCP** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DRIVING ATV or SxS
FARMER’S MARKET: Female, all ethnicities, age range 30-50, should have real farming experience, maintaining and harvesting crops and/or working around livestock, should be physically fit enough to illustrate the ability to handle a full day of farm work. MUST know how to drive an ATV or Side by Side (SxS). Looking for a true representation of the people who do this kind of work in the area.
REMOTE LINE WORKERS: Male and Female, all ethnicities, age range 30-50, should have some kind of real line working experience if possible (radio tower, power lines, etc) and be confident in your abilities, must be comfortable/willing to climb poles and not be afraid of heights, should be physically fit enough to illustrate the ability to put in a long day working outside and climbing utility poles. MUST know how to drive an ATV or Side by Side (SxS). Looking for a true representation of the people who do this kind of work in the area.
TRAIL RIDING: Male and Female, all ethnicities, age range 30-60, people who have familiarity and experience with outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, trail riding, archery, should be physically fit enough to illustrate the ability to handle a full day of manual labor, outdoor adventure types, interested in couples/family units/groups of people who do outdoor activities together. MUST have experience driving an ATV or Side by Side (SxS) for work or leisure.
SOCIAL NETWORK: Male and Female, all ethnicities, age range 20-40, friendly positive people, down to have fun and goof around, playful. MUST have experience driving an ATV or Side by Side (SxS) and understand the joy that comes from riding with friends. Looking for a true representation of the people who ride and own ATVs in the area.

AUDITION VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS:
-If you only have a cellphone at your disposal, please shoot it horizontally. No ‘tall video’
-Use a plain wall as your backdrop, no clutter
-Your frame should be from top of head to just below shoulders or to mid-section.
-The camera should be fixed, NOT handheld, as there should not be any camera movement or noise.
-Audio should be clear and audible.
-Look directly at the camera
-Don’t feel the need to adopt a persona for the sake of the audition, we’re looking for natural people in a real atmosphere. Be your TRUE self!
INCLUDE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: state your first & last name, height, weight and city/state in which you reside (mention that you will work as NASHVILLE LOCAL HIRE if not currently in Nashville area area), your agency, and include a standing wide shot Full Body Head to Toe, a Closeup shoulders/face shot, Profiles (turn to face to the left then pause, turn to face to the right the pause)

Day Rate: $350 flat for up to 10-hour shoot (likely will not shoot for ten hours, but talent should plan to be on set if necessary for this time window)
ROLES:
Site Supervisor: Female, open ethnicity, age 30-55, filming in a commercial kitchen and/or hotel lounge/concierge
(may also be referred to as “Client”, in Hospitality)
Manager: Male, open ethnicity, age 30-55, filming in a commercial kitchen and/or hotel lounge/concierge

Talent must have all day availability, with Call Time at 9 AM EST.
Lunch: Served on-site halfway through shoot, further details will be provided if cast (as well as food allergy considerations)
NO Spoken Lines or Dialogue. This is a No-Sound, all B-Roll shoot of actors interacting with existing company employees (plus other actors) in the realm of on-the-job safety.
Wardrobe: Talent will be asked to provide their own clothing, further details will be provided if cast.
