Jaime started her career in the modeling industry at age 13 when her mother enrolled her in the Barbizon school of modeling in Knoxville to assist her in overcoming shyness. She found her calling and worked with the company for many years, both in modeling and instructing. Upon graduating the University of Tennessee she started her own modeling agency in Knoxville, and expanded to include all talent. Co-founded with LA Agent Richie Walls, originally from Knoxville, Gage Talent, Inc. has been in business since 2003 and has assisted many talent in launching their careers. Jaime was interviewed in an article for the Wall Street Journal on the new photoposes models are incorporating. She has had an outstanding career in print and media, but finds that being a talent agent and manager is her most fulfilling task.

Susie West has been involved in this industry for many years in many ways. She has worked jobs as a model and talent consisting of commercials, multiple promotional jobs, several print ads, the face of a featured skateboard, a Dillard's campaign, and has filmed for independent projects and one pilot. Susie studied acting in college and with local playhouses. Her desire to be in front of the camera has waned and she enjoys helping Knoxville models and talent through the Gage Agency. She is an IMTA director that travels to the L.A. and N.Y. markets. She brings experience from working in California's market as an admissions director/scout. She also has experience as a site representative from working at an independently owned movie studio in downtown L.A. She is a licensed cosmetologist helping provide Gage's clients with professional imaging advice.

Elizabeth has been with the Gage modeling agency in Knoxville since its inception, and has assisted the talent in becoming professional models and actors. She has had an extensive career in the agency, from print to film. She has been cast on multiple national television projects, and is a true asset to the agency!

Katie has been a member of the Barbizon staff for over a year. She is a Barbizon-Ice (Charlotte, NC) graduate, IMTA L.A. 2003 alumna, and an experienced actress. As a staff member at Barbizon she refers top talent to the Gage Agency.

Debby has had an extensive career, both as a model and as an agent. She owned her own Knoxville modeling agency and is now an asset to the Gage agency. All of our talent benefit from her experience and advice!
